Our goal is to provide customers with the highest-quality documents, without requiring significant investment by your subject-matter experts. Typically, subject-matter experts (such as Product Managers) are so overburdened with product definition, marketing, and sales support, that there is little time for writing and reviewing marketing and technical documentation.

Following the establishment of a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), we use pre-existing materials – such as market requirements descriptions, design specs, emails, and PowerPoints – in order to produce the documents. In this way, it is possible to minimize the amount of time invested by the subject-matter expert in document production and review.

In the course of a recent project – the production of a set of user manuals for a small hi-tech company – only 5% of our time was spent in direct contact with the customer’s product manager.
